We'd like to introduce you to our staff:
Ryan, Mike and Paul on the top row and Pam, Gary and Kristina on the lower
Gary, MIke and Ryan are the owners of T & S Agency, LLC with Gary as the principal. The agency was started in 1996 and began as an exclusive Allstate Agency. After a couple of years, Gary and Mike decided to leave Allstate as an exclusive agency and became an Independent Agency. Gary affiliated Mike with TWFG Insurance Services out of The Woodlands, Texas and they operate principally with the TWFG Insurance Services group of agencies. The underlying agency is still T & S Agency, LLC and while we transact most of our property and casualty business dba TWFG Insurance Services our life and health business is transacted as T & S Agency, LLC.
Ryan concentrates mostly on the commercial markets and would be your primary contact at T & S Agency, LLC for questions about insuring your business. While Mike also does some commercial lines, he primarily focuses on what is commonly called personal lines (your home, auto and the 'toys'..) Jay joined our agency in 2017 and works primarily with the financial services products in the agency. That would be items like life, disability, group benefits and dental insurance.
We added Title and Closing services in 2015 through US Title out of Fargo and when they closed their doors (after being sold) soon after, we created our own closing company and have been building our customer base since. Pam was the manager of the former US Title office in Fargo and with nearly 20 years in the business brings a wealth of experience to us. She works out of our Fargo office. Paul has been doing our title and closing work since we opened the office here in Minnesota and came to our agency with a long history of working in the finance market.
Kristina makes it all run and is the office manager and handles the agency accounting (along with Gary). We think you'll find the staff at T & S Agency, LLC friendly and responsive. Most of our business comes by way of referrals and you'll find our 'style' is to be very low key. You won't find any pressure sales techniques here. Everyone is interested in helping you out and earning your trust - and your referrals. We hope you'll give us a try and see for yourself.
